Liberate the Reach.

  • 1 of 5: Travel to the Reach Stormcloak Camp (a long way SW of Solitude) and talk to Galmar Stone-Fist in the command tent.
  • 2 of 5: Say you're reporting in to get the "Compelling Tribute" quest.
  • 3 of 5: After you finish it, optionally check the caravan wagon for a locked chest to loot, then return to the Reach Stormcloak Camp.
  • 4 of 5: Report in to Galmar to get the "The Battle for Fort Sungard" quest next.
  • 5 of 5: When you finish that quest, you'll return to this quest's first objective.
