Liberate Hjaalmarch.

  • 1 of 4: Travel to the Hjaalmarch Stormcloak Camp (see the Morthal section of the World Map Exploration Guide) and talk to Galmar Stone-Fist in the command tent.
  • 2 of 4: Say you're reporting in to get the "A False Front" quest.
  • 3 of 4: After you finish that quest, report back to Galmar to get the "The Battle for Fort Snowhawk" quest.
  • 4 of 4: When you finish that quest, you'll return to this quest's first objective.
