How can I get to those levers?
1 of 3: Go north from the barricades and look on your right for a sort of rubble ramp that leads up to a walkway.
2 of 3: Go up the "ramp" and jump onto the walkway, then turn right and get onto a wooden walkway.
3 of 3: Go down to its other end, then turn left to find another wooden walkway that leads up to the drawbridge's levers.
