The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Kill the Hagraven Petra.
1 of 13: Enter Blind Cliff Cave and kill a forsworn fighter by igniting the oil slick that she's on, then move on to reach a huge cave room.
2 of 13: Fight some more forsworn as you cross the cave, then go up the wooden stairs and ramp to get to a sideways doorway.
3 of 13: Wait near the doorway for a couple more forsworn to come to you, then go through it and on to reach a door that leads outside.
4 of 13: Go up the stairs and use a lever to open a gate, then go up to the top of the tower to find some forsworn and a bridge that leads across to another tower.
5 of 13: Go up its stairs to find a door to the Blind Cliff Bastion area. Enter it, then go through an iron door and up to a cage to talk to Melka.
6 of 13: After you get this objective, use the nearby pull chain to release Melka, then follow her to a closed gate.
7 of 13: She says to use the middle button, which apparently refers to the three handles on the small stone slab.
8 of 13: Use the middle handle, then follow her into a room with a forsworn and a closed gate leading to a bridge that's guarded by a swinging axe trap.
9 of 13: Wait for Melka to kill the forsworn and use a lever to disable the trap, then open the gate and wait for her to go through it.
10 of 13: Follow her to a room with an alchemy lab in it, then go through the doorway on the right. After dealing with a forsworn, move on to a large chamber where you'll find Petra and her forsworn bodyguards.
11 of 13: Help Melka kill them off, then talk to her about your reward to get the unique magic staff named Eye of Melka.
12 of 13: Look for a barred door on the chamber's upper floor, past which is a door that leads outside.
13 of 13: Cross a small bridge to find a couple of burial urns, then drop down into a part of the tower that's otherwise inaccessible. After looking for loot, use the lever to open the gate (or just fast-travel away).
