How can I get started on the Legion's war quests?
1 of 3: Travel to the city of Solitude (via carriage if you haven't discovered it), then enter it and make your way along the street until you reach Castle Dour.
2 of 3: Go through the guarded door that's unlocked, then move forward to find General Tullius in his war room.
3 of 3: Talk to Tullius about joining up to be referred to Legate Rikke, then talk to her to get the "Joining the Legion" quest.
