How can I get started on the Stormcloaks' war quests?
1 of 2: Travel to Windhelm (by carriage if you've never been there before), then go to its north end and enter the Palace of the Kings.
2 of 2: Talk to Ulfric Stormcloak about joining up to be referred to Galmar Stone-Fist, then talk to him to get the "Joining the Stormcloaks" quest.
