Ancient Helmet of the Unburned
This unique heavy helmet has the following enchantment: Resist Fire 40%.
It's in a locked side room in Labyrinthian, which is only accessible during the "The Staff of Magnus" College of Winterhold faction quest.
Ebony Mail
This unique heavy armor has the following enchantments: Muffle, Poison Cloak 5 damage/second.
It's gotten during the "Boethiah's Calling" Daedric quest.
The Forgemaster's Fingers
These unique heavy gauntlets have the following enchantment: Smithing improvements are 12% better.
They're gotten during the "Find the Forgemaster's Fingers" miscellaneous quest.
Helm of Yngol
This unique heavy helmet has the following enchantment: Resist Frost 30%.
It's gotten during the "Looting Yngol Barrow" Windhelm undocumented quest.
Hevnoraak
This unique heavy helmet has the following enchantments: Immune to Poison, Immune to Disease.
It's in the possession of the dragon priest Hevnoraak, who can only be gotten to by doing the "Evil in Waiting" dungeon quest.
Ironhand Gauntlets
These unique heavy gauntlets have the following enchantment: Two-handed weapons do 15% more damage.
They're in the possession of Hajvarr Iron-Hand. To get to his overlook area, go through White River Watch.
Konahrik
This unique heavy helmet has a chance of healing you and damaging nearby enemies when your health gets low.
It can only be gotten by finishing the "Masks of the Dragon Priests" undocumented quest.
Masque of Clavicus Vile
This unique heavy helmet has the following enchantments: Prices are 20% better, Fortify Speech 10 points, Fortify Magicka Regen 5%.
It can be gotten during the "A Daedra's Best Friend" Daedric quest.
Nahkriin
This unique heavy helmet has the following enchantments: Fortify Magicka 50 points, Destruction and Restoration spells cost 20% less to cast.
It's in the possession of the dragon priest Nahkriin, who you can only meet on the "The World-Eater's Eyrie" main quest.
Otar
This unique heavy helmet has the following enchantments: Resist Fire 30%, Resist Frost 30%, Resist Shock 30%.
It's in the possession of the dragon priest Otar the Mad, who can only be found during the "Unlock the Sarcophagus in Ragnvald" Markarth miscellaneous quest.
Rahgot
This unique heavy helmet has the following enchantment: Fortify Stamina 70 points.
It's in the possession of the dragon priest Rahgot, who can only be gotten to during the "Siege on the Dragon Cult" dungeon quest.
Shield of Solitude
This unique heavy shield has the following enchantments: Resist Magic 10-30% (leveled), Shields block 15-35% more damage (leveled). You have to be level 40+ to get the best version.
It's gotten during the "The Wolf Queen Awakened" side quest.
Shield of Ysgramor
This unique heavy shield has the following enchantments: Resist Magic 20%, Fortify Health 20 points.
It can be gotten from a chest in Ysgramor's Tomb right after finishing the "Glory of the Dead" Companions faction quest.
Spellbreaker
This unique heavy shield creates a ward while blocking that protects against spells for up to 50 points.
It's gotten during the "The Only Cure" Daedric quest.
Targe of the Blooded
This unique heavy shield causes 3 points of bleeding damage for 5 seconds on shield bash.
It's in the possession of Umana in Alftand. See the "Discerning the Transmundane" Daedric quest.
Vokun
This unique heavy helmet has the following enchantment: Conjuration, Illusion, and Alteration spells cost 20% less to cast.
It's in the possession of the dragon priest Vokun, who you'll encounter during the "A Scroll for Anska" dungeon quest.
