Clothes and Robes
Archmage's Robes
These unique robes have the following enchantments: All spells cost 15% less to cast, Fortify Magicka 50 points, Fortify Magicka Regen 100%.
It's gotten during the "The Eye of Magnus" College of Winterhold faction quest.
Boots
These unique shoes have the following enchantment: Resist Shock 40%.
They're on a small wardrobe on the east side of the Arch-Mage's Quarters, which is first accessible during the "Under Saarthal" College of Winterhold faction quest.
*** Cicero's outfit
Cicero's Clothes => Prices are 20% better, One-handed weapons do 20% more damage.
Cicero's Boots => Muffle.
Cicero's Gloves => Double sneak-attack damage done by one-handed weapons.
Cicero's Hat => Sneaking is 35% better.
They're all worn by Cicero, who's involved in the Dark Brotherhood faction quests.
*** Jester's outfit
Jester's Clothes => Prices are 12% better, One-handed weapons do 12% more damage.
Jester's Boots => Muffle.
Jester's Gloves => Double sneak-attack damage done by one-handed weapons.
Jester's Hat => Sneaking is 30% better.
They're all on a table near the entrance of the Dawnstar Sanctuary, which can first be entered during the "The Cure for Madness" Dark Brotherhood faction quest.
*** Shrouded outfit
Shrouded Hand Wraps => Double sneak-attack damage done by one-handed weapons.
Shrouded Hood => Sneaking is 25% better.
Shrouded Robes => Destruction spells cost 15% less to cast.
Shrouded Shoes => Muffle.
They're all on the shelves in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary's entry room, which is first accessible during the "With Friends Like These..." Dark Brotherhood faction quest. A duplicate of the Shrouded Robes is in the Dawnstar Sanctuary's master bedroom after you purchase that upgrade on the "Where You Hang Your Enemy's Head..." Dark Brotherhood faction quest.
