Meet Galmar outside Korvanjund.
1 of 3: Go to the Honningbrew Meadery (SE of Whiterun), then cross the north bridge at the nearby two-bridge path intersection.
2 of 3: Move down the path until it gets snowy, then head directly toward the quest arrow to find some Stormcloak soldiers. If Galmar isn't there yet, wait an hour until he is.
3 of 3: Wait for him to talk to you, then say you're ready to get the next objective.
