Is there somewhere nearby that I can find non-random frost salts?
1 of 6: There are several you can steal in Windhelm.
2 of 6: In the White Phial alchemy shop, there are some frost salts on the small table that's behind the counter. (If you don't want to steal them, you can buy them from Nurelion during store hours.)
3 of 6: In Candlehearth Hall, there are some frost salts on a shelf in the kitchen.
4 of 6: In the Palace of the Kings upstairs area that's entered through the door in the main hall, some frost salts are on the shelves in Wuunferth the Unliving's room. (Note that he doesn't sell ingredients, so you can't buy them from him.)
5 of 6: In the Aretino Residence, there are some frost salts on a shelf that won't even count as stealing if you take them.
6 of 6: Calixto's House of Curiosities and Niranye's House also have frost salts on shelves that you can steal.
