The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Talk to Irnskar about Octieve.
1 of 5: Go to Solitude and find Octieve San, who's usually standing outside the Winking Skeever inn in the evening.
2 of 5: Talk to him about his debt, then offer to talk to Irnskar about it.
3 of 5: Make this objective active, then follow the quest arrow to Irnskar Ironhand.
4 of 5: Talk to him about Octieve's debts, then either pass a persuade check, pay the debt yourself, or beat Irnskar in a brawl. (Note that you may have an intimidate option instead of a brawl option.)
5 of 5: After that's done, return to Octieve to get an increase to your Two-Handed skill.
