1 of 4: In the Dragonsreach Jarl's Quarters area, there's one on top of a bookcase in the upstairs west-corner room.
2 of 4: In the Bannered Mare inn, there's one on top of a cupboard that's behind the front counter.
3 of 4: In Jorrvaskr, there's one on the table in the room that's north of the main banquet hall.
4 of 4: If necessary, you could gain entrance to the College of Winterhold and find some there, including in the Arcaneum, the Hall of Countenance, and the Arch-Mage's Quarters.
