Find Noster's Helmet inside [random location].
1 of 4: Find Noster Eagle-Eye near the Radiant Raiment shop in Solitude, then ask him what his story is.
2 of 4: Volunteer to find his lost helmet, then make this objective active to see where his helmet was randomly placed.
3 of 4: Travel there and fight your way through the area, using the quest arrow to help locate the chest that the helmet is in.
4 of 4: After you get it, return to Solitude and give it to Noster to get an increase to your Sneak skill.
