Go to the abandoned house.
1 of 3: Logrolf doesn't require any chaperoning, so exit the area you're in and fast-travel back to Markarth.
2 of 3: Reenter the abandoned house to find Logrolf already inside.
3 of 3: Follow him down to the rusty mace area, then wait to get the next objective.
