Beat Logrolf into submission.
1 of 4: The rusty mace was put into your inventory and equipped automatically, so get it out and start whacking on Logrolf.
2 of 4: He won't fight back, making it easy for you to kill him.
3 of 4: After you do, wait for Molag Bal to resurrect him, then beat on him some more.
4 of 4: He'll surrender himself to Molag Bal after his health gets low, after which you'll get the next objective.
