Talk to Sinding.
1 of 2: Talk to Sinding to finish the quest, then exit the cave to get Hircine to replace the cursed ring with the uncursed one.
2 of 2: NOTE: You can go back into the cave and kill Sinding, then search him and take his skin. Talk to the aspect of Hircine that appears to get the Savior's Hide armor.
