Release the Miasma.
1 of 5: Head east until you can turn south and enter a room where orcish invaders are fighting Vaermina devotees.
2 of 5: Ignore the fighting and go through the open door on the left, then keep moving along, ignoring more fights as you go.
3 of 5: You'll eventually reach a spot where the quest arrow marks a large pull chain.
4 of 5: Move up to the pull chain to get the "Release Miasma" prompt, then activate it.
5 of 5: All you have to do then is stand and wait for the next objective.
