Claim Mehrunes' Razor.
1 of 3: Activate the floating razor to take it, which ends the quest. However, you're not quite done yet, since Dagon sends two dremora to attack you for fun.
2 of 3: Use your new razor (or whichever weapon you prefer) to kill them, then loot them to get magic weapons, Daedra hearts, and keys to the shrine.
3 of 3: Enter the shrine if you want to fight two more dremora and claim lots more loot.
