Skill Trainers List
Specific locations are listed for trainers whenever possible, but note that they won't always be in those locations. Ogmund the Speech expert, for instance, will only be in Markarth's Silver-Blood Inn during the day. You can find him in his house at night, but if you try to talk to him then, he'll just tell you to get out.
NOTE: You can pickpocket back the money you pay a trainer as long as it's not too much to pickpocket all at once (which it probably will be if you train past skill level 51). If the trainer is also a follower, get him to follow you so you can take the gold back while trading items with him. If the trainer is a merchant, the gold you pay for training will be added to his store gold.
