The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Meet with whoever took the horn.
1 of 6: Go through the door behind the tomb, then check for loot before using the cave tunnel to reach a door that leads back to the main Ustengrav area.
2 of 6: Continue along the tunnel until it ends, then use the nearby lever to open up a secret panel.
3 of 6: Go through it, then use the area map to help you navigate your way back to the door that leads outside.
4 of 6: Fast-travel to Riverwood, then enter the inn and talk to Delphine.
5 of 6: Say that you'd like to rent the attic room, then open the middle door in the west wall to enter the room that she sends you to.
6 of 6: Wait inside the room until Delphine comes in and talks to you, which gives you the next objective (and the next quest).
