Report Orchendor's death to Peryite.
1 of 4: Go up the stairs at the north end of Orchendor's room, then go along the stone walkway to reach a locked door.
2 of 4: Get the key from Orchendor's body if you haven't already, then open the door and use the lever on the floor.
3 of 4: Open the next door to reach the exterior ruins' upper walkways, then fast-travel back to the Shrine to Peryite.
4 of 4: Activate the large fume-y vat again to talk to Peryite and get your reward, which is a magic shield called Spellbreaker.
