Return the horn to Arngeir.
1 of 2: Work on the "A Blade in the Dark" quest until Delphine leads you into her secret room, but don't talk to her. Instead, leave the inn and fast-travel back to High Hrothgar.
2 of 2: Enter the monastery, then use the local area map and quest marker to find Arngeir. Talk to him to get the next objective.
