Slay the other cultists.
1 of 3: The other cultists will all now be hostile, but you can probably avoid their notice at first. Try jumping onto the lower part of the nearby large statue and crouching down.
2 of 3: The cultists should run off and attack each other, leaving you to pelt them with ranged attacks or just wait until they're weakened enough to easily finish off.
3 of 3: When the last cultist dies, you'll get the next objective.
