1 of 4: Look just west of the tree's base for a large root that you can whack with Nettlebane to gain access to a treasure chest.
2 of 4: If you took the sap from the tree, several spriggans will appear throughout the cavern. You'll have to fight them on your way out.
3 of 4: Leave the sanctuary and return to Whiterun, then go to the temple and talk to Danica Pure-Spring.
4 of 4: Give her the sap or the sapling (whichever one you got) to finish the quest and get her to become a Restoration skill trainer.
