The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Take the Gauldur Amulet.
1 of 3: Go up to the altar where you placed the three amulet pieces, then take the reforged amulet that's hovering over it. It'll have all three of the amulet fragments' magic attributes on it.
2 of 3: To get some gold, jump onto the altar, then jump onto the higher ledge so you can loot the skeleton that's in the sarcophagus.
3 of 3: The gate over the exit is now up. Go past it and move straight forward to find a now-open treasure niche to loot before you leave the area.
