Retrieve the Unmelting Snow.
1 of 2: Return to Paarthurnax's Throat of the World location, then go over to the damaged Word Wall that he's perched on.
2 of 2: Go up the slope that's directly south of that to find the quest-arrow-marked "Unmelting Snowbank," then activate it to take some unmelting snow.
