The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints

Kill Kematu or talk to him.

  • 1 of 6: Go up the ramp and over to where Kematu is standing, then talk to him about Saadia.
  • 2 of 6: If you agree to help him capture Saadia, you'll get the "Lead Saadia to the Whiterun Stables" objective.
  • 3 of 6: If you insist on killing him, he and all his warriors will turn hostile. As soon as the conversation is over, turn left and drop down into the water, then sprint along the tunnel to try and leave at least some of them behind.
  • 4 of 6: Turn around and fight whenever you can do so without being overwhelmed, then keep sprinting away and leading the Alik'r down the narrow, winding passages until you've depleted their numbers.
  • 5 of 6: Or you can instead sprint for the very narrow tunnel that starts in the back of their cave room. They'll have a very hard time following you down that tunnel, even if you don't clog it with summoned creatures.
  • 6 of 6: After you finish them all off, including Kematu, you'll get the next objective.
