Where can I find the right rings?
1 of 3: Look on the table that's south of the gauntlet to find a book called "Midden Incident Report" and an investigator's key.
2 of 3: Read the book to learn that the rings were put in the Arcanaeum, then grab the key and go there.
3 of 3: Find the Investigators Chest that's next to a bookshelf near the library area's NW corner, then crouch down and steal the rings from it when you can do so unseen.
