Travel to Broken Oar Grotto.
1 of 3: Fight your way back through the boat, using sneak attacks if you can, then exit to the outside to find one last marauder to kill near a rowboat.
2 of 3: After taking him out, travel to Broken Oar Grotto, which is a ways NW of the lighthouse.
3 of 3: Enter the grotto to get the next objective.
