Speak to Falk Firebeard.
1 of 4: Kill any remaining necromancers, then use the lever that's to the left of the raised bridge on top of their tower to lower it.
2 of 4: Cross the bridge to another tower, then go down its stairs and through a doorway to find a door leading back to the Wolfskull Cave area.
3 of 4: Drop down to find yourself near the cave's exit, then leave the cave and return to the Blue Palace.
4 of 4: Tell Falk Firebeard what happened in the cave to finish the quest and get some gold.
