The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Steal Frost's Lineage Papers.
1 of 5: You now need to go to the Black-Briar Lodge. See the Riften section of the World Map Exploration Guide if you need directions.
2 of 5: There are two mercenary guards near the lodge that you'll need to sneak past or kill off. Since the keys that they have will come in handy, you'll probably prefer to kill them. (Note that you won't get a bounty for it.)
3 of 5: Get one of the mercs' keys, then go up to the lodge's front door. Crouch down, then use the door to go inside.
4 of 5: Turn right and sneak down the stairs to the basement, then look next to the bottom of the stairs for a strong box on a crate. It's the one Sibbi gave you the key to if you passed the persuade option when talking to him. If you didn't, you'll have to pick a master-level lock if you want to loot it.
5 of 5: Go around to the main part of the basement to find Frost's identity papers on an end table. Take them to get the "Steal Frost" objective.
