1 of 2: Travel to the Sarethi Farm to find Avrusa. See the Riften section of the World Map Exploration Guide if you need directions.
2 of 2: Talk to Avrusa about the crimson nirnroot to finish the quest and get the special Sinderion's Serendipity perk, which gives you a 25% chance of making a duplicate potion every time you create a potion at an alchemy lab.
