The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Find the source of the murders in Frostflow Lighthouse.
1 of 11: Enter Frostflow Lighthouse and move into the large circular room to get this objective.
2 of 11: Loot Ramati's body to find Habd's journal, then read it to learn that the chaurus that killed her came from the cellar.
3 of 11: Look back in the entry room for the locked cellar door, then look for its key if you can't pick the lock.
4 of 11: Open the cellar door, then go down the steps, watching for a bear trap along the way. Past the bottom of the steps are two live chaurus you'll need to kill.
5 of 11: Go through the hole in the SE part of the cellar's wall, then move down to where you enter the Frostflow Abyss area.
6 of 11: Go down the passage to reach a small falmer dwelling area, where you'll find a falmer and a chaurus. Past a falmer-style gate, you'll find another falmer-and-chaurus pair, followed by a passage with a swinging claw trap in it.
7 of 11: On past that is an area with a falmer and a couple of frostbite spiders, followed by a large cavern with two falmer and a chaurus. There's also a cage that contains Sudi's body and a couple of notes.
8 of 11: Follow the passage that leads to the falmer archer's elevated position, then drop down into the area that has a live chaurus in it. (The other drop-down leads back to the area with Sudi's cage.)
9 of 11: Move on from there to find a large chaurus egg pit with two chaurus in it. Try to take them down from above, then drop down carefully using the large rocks to avoid taking damage from falling.
10 of 11: Follow the passage along to reach another large egg chamber with two chaurus in it, followed by a third egg chamber with three chaurus. On past that is another egg chamber with three chaurus, one of which is a larger chaurus reaper.
11 of 11: Killing the reaper will finish the quest, but there's a bonus reward to be gotten.
