1 of 5: Go back the way you came to return to the main Nchuand-Zel area, then go down to the bottom level. You can do that by using the curving ramps or by jumping off the upper walkway so that you land in the water.
2 of 5: Go over to the west end of the bottom level to find a door to the Nchuand-Zel Armory area.
3 of 5: Go up the stairs ahead and kill a couple of falmer, then go up some more stairs to encounter a falmer and a skeever.
4 of 5: Turn left (west) and go down the stairs, watching for a pressure plate at the top of the stairs, plus another one a bit farther on.
5 of 5: Turn right after you enter a large chamber to find Erj's notes next to his body.
