Reactivate Nchuand-Zel's automated defenses.
1 of 4: Go past Staubin's body and up some stairs to get several dwarven spiders to drop down and attack.
2 of 4: It's best to sprint on past them to get them and the dwarven spheres interested in attacking a falmer.
3 of 4: While they're fighting, you can sprint on by and get to the room with the large quest-arrow-marked lever.
