What are those moves?
1 of 3: Note that this solution requires the puzzle to be in its starting configuration. If you don't have a quicksave from right before you started messing with the puzzle, you'll need to restore the autosave that was made when you first entered the area and redo it up to this point.
2 of 3: Go up to the button pedestals and use the left one once, the middle one six times, and the right one five times.
3 of 3: Drop down to where you can easily hit the armillary device with your Frostbite spell, then do so until you get the next objective.
