Report to Savos Aren.
1 of 4: Go back down the curving ramp that leads to the Oculory room's floor, then go back through the doorway.
2 of 4: Go down the hallway until you find a door on your right, then approach it to get another "vision message" from a psijic monk.
3 of 4: Go through that door and the next one to get back outside, then fast-travel back to the College of Winterhold.
4 of 4: Enter the Hall of the Elements and talk to Savos Aren, then follow him when he runs after Ancano. Before long, there'll be a big explosion, and the next quest will begin.
