Deliver the Stros M'Kai Rum to Falk Firebeard.
1 of 3: Find Sorex Vinius in Solitude (usually wandering the streets or inside the Winking Skeever inn) and ask him who's in charge of Solitude. If you don't get that dialogue option, try again later, maybe after visiting the Blue Palace and talking to Jarl Elisif.
2 of 3: Agree to deliver the special rum, then go to the Blue Palace (east end of the city).
3 of 3: Find Falk Firebeard in the throne room area and tell him you have a delivery from Sorex Vinius. He'll give you a leveled amount of gold as a reward.
