  • 1 of 4: You'll get this objective after you finish the "Assist the people of Haafingar" and "Purchase a house in Solitude" objectives.
  • 2 of 4: Talk to Jarl Elisif in the Blue Palace and say that you've helped her people as she asked.
  • 3 of 4: She'll name you Thane of Haafingar and give you the Blade of Haafingar, which is a specially named random, leveled sword.
  • 4 of 4: You'll also have a new housecarl/follower named Jordis the Sword-Maiden, who'll be waiting for you in Proudspire Manor.
