1 of 3: Find Aeri at Anga's Mill. Ask her about one of the Jarl's men, then say you'd be glad to help.
2 of 3: Go to Dawnstar, then enter its White Hall building and locate Jarl Skald.
3 of 3: Tell him you have a delivery from Aeri to get a leveled amount of gold.
