Deliver Spiced Beef to Voada.
1 of 3: Go to Markarth's stables and find Banning. Ask him how long he's been training dogs, then agree to deliver the spiced beef for him.
2 of 3: Enter Markarth's Understone Keep, then go forward until you reach some stairs. Go up them, then turn left to find the entrance to the kitchen.
3 of 3: Tell the woman named Voada that you have a delivery from Banning, and she'll give you a leveled amount of gold.
