How can I get Razelan to cause a distraction?
1 of 4: Talk to him and say he looks thirsty to learn that he's likely to cause a scene if he gets another drink.
2 of 4: Talk to either Malborn or the serving girl named Brelas and say you'd like a drink.
3 of 4: You'll get some Colovian brandy, so talk to Razelan and give it to him.
4 of 4: That's not enough by itself, though. You'll also need to ask him to cause a scene for you.
