Deliver Sondas's Note to Quintus.
1 of 3: Go to Darkwater Crossing and find Sondas Drenim. Ask him if he's been working in the mines long, then volunteer to deliver his message for him.
2 of 3: Go to Windhelm and find Quintus Navale in the White Phial shop on the west side of town.
3 of 3: Tell him you have a delivery from Sondas to get a leveled amount of gold.
