The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Talk to Roggi about Iddra.
1 of 4: Go to Kynesgrove and find Iddra in the inn. Ask her about Roggi, then agree to talk to him.
2 of 4: Follow the quest arrow to Roggi Knot-Beard, then tell him that Iddra wants him to forget about all that coin he owes.
3 of 4: Try the persuade option first. If it fails, either bribe him or beat him in a brawl. (Note that you may have an intimidate option instead of a brawl option.)
4 of 4: Return to Iddra and tell her that Roggi won't be complaining anymore. She'll give you a leveled weapon and armor as a reward.
