The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Bring one Amulet of Arkay to Torbjorn.
1 of 5: Go to Windhelm and find Torbjorn Shatter-Shield, who's usually in his house or the open-air market area on the west side of town during the day.
2 of 5: Ask him about his wife being in mourning, then tell him that you'll bring him an Amulet of Arkay if you find one.
3 of 5: Keep an eye out for Arkay amulets as you loot dungeons and check through the apparel sections of merchants' inventories.
4 of 5: If you want a non-random one, look on the stone altar at Wayward Pass, which is a ways SW of Winterhold.
5 of 5: Once you have an Arkay amulet, return to Windhelm and find Torbjorn again. Tell him you have an Amulet of Arkay to get some leveled gold as a reward.
