1 of 10: You'll have to do something else before you figure this out.
2 of 10: It's something local -- you don't need anything from another world.
3 of 10: Have you examined them?
4 of 10: Some of the cables go into the ground. Hmmmm...
5 of 10: Maybe it's mechanical.
6 of 10: Maybe it's powered.
7 of 10: Maybe you need to turn on the power.
8 of 10: After the power's on, it's pretty obvious what to do.
