2 of 7: Have you manipulated them thorougly?
3 of 7: You can PUSH them closer to one another...
4 of 7: or PULL them away from each other.
5 of 7: The state of the blocks effects something else in this world.
6 of 7: Just wander around trying things until you get it.
7 of 7: When the blocks are one inch away from each other, this constitutes the 'Power On' state in other answers.
