3 of 6: You don't really need to talk to them, but they do have something interesting to say.
4 of 6: It is possible to listen to their conversation.
5 of 6: Is there anywhere nearby you might be able to hide?
6 of 6: If you examine the vending machine, you'll learn there is space behind it to hide. If you do that, you will be able to eavesdrop on their conversation.
