How do I get past the second inspection station?
1 of 3: Unfortunately, you don't have a lock this time to speed your way down the river. You'll need to take another approach.
2 of 3: Let the barge move a little further down the river after you pass the second sign.
3 of 3: Then, leave the barge, and enter the rowboat. There's a tower in the distance -- maybe if you can get there, you can figure something out.
