I don't quite understand what to do.
1 of 4: Have you read all of the information available to you through the computer?
2 of 4: You have information on people who you need to talk to in order to help get you enough money to buy Armpit III, and those you need to talk to who can sell it to you.
3 of 4: Basically, you need to convince the sellers of Armpit III to give you the lowest price possible, while convincing those who you want to help you buy it to give you the highest price possible. If you can raise enough (or more) money from the buyers to meet the sellers' demands, you will be able to buy the planet.
4 of 4: You also need to arrange your selection of the buyers so that there are no conflicts with what each of them wants to mine or produce.
